We didn’t feel any pressure or stress at all, he really came through with a great offer. It didn’t even feel like we were there that long. Not only was Gary a pleasure to work with, but the financial advisor, Jes was great too! In the end they really worked an exceptional deal. Most of the experiences with purchasing a car always left us feeling a little taken advantage of, but when we drove off the lot in our brand new car, we honestly felt like we got the best deal. More

I have never worked with a salesperson that was a no pressure salesperson and a pleasure to talk to. I got a good car at a good price and grate people to work with what else could one want from a Dealership and a salesperson. Only problem I have they are 30 miles away. Why can not Dealer ships in my area be like Richmond Ford? More

This buying experience was the most pleasant of the 22 cars my wife and I have bought over the last 20 years. As an experienced car buyer I was pleased by the fact that even though the car we bought was n cars my wife and I have bought over the last 20 years. As an experienced car buyer I was pleased by the fact that even though the car we bought was not in-stock, Gary and Mickey found the perfect car for us on their on-line network of dealerships. Even though we were in no rush to take delivery, they sent their driver to pick up the car immediately. That was a 14 hour drive round trip covering over 800 miles! Talk about quality service! Bottom line; they wanted our business more than a certain nearby BMW dealership, and gave us a better deal in both trade and purchase price. Even though we live Southside, I will be making the drive to Richmond Ford for service on our new 2012 Mustang. Thanks again Gary, Mickey, and the unknown delivery driver who has a gift card coming to him! More
