I came into Richmond Ford on September 3, 2013, after watching a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE online for over 3 months. I met Ryan Carroll for the first time and he could not have been more friendly, customer oriented and helpful! He took me on 3 test drives before I finally made the decision to buy the car I'd been watching for so long! He laughed at my silliness and never once made me feel pressured. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Ryan and Richmond ford to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thank you so much for making this a great time in my life. I wanted a new Fusion, went in on the Internet and gave specifics of what I wanted. I could not believe how quickly Jack Conner responded. Jack advised that he had just the car for me, and it had all of specifics of what I wanted. I could not believe how quickly Jack Conner responded. Jack advised that he had just the car for me, and it had all of the equipment I had requested. He wanted me to come down that evening, take a look and test drive the car. I was excited, so I went at lunchtime. He was right there, took me out for a test drive, explained every detail on the changes that had been made since I last purchased a Ford Fusion. I could not believe all the equipment, color, etc. was right there. Jack made arrangements for me to come in after work, so the paper work could be completed. Jack faxed me the deal, did a great job working my payment to the amount I could afford as well as the amount I would receive from my trade-in. Of all the cars I have bought in my many years, I always disliked having to deal with a car salesman. However, the past 2 times that I have dealt with Jack Conner and the Ford Lincoln Dealership was a pleas disliked having to deal with a car salesman. However, the past 2 times that I have dealt with Jack Conner and the Ford Lincoln Dealership was a pleasant surprise. I actually like it. It was a pleasure working with Jack Conner because he is a truly outstanding professional sales consultant. Everyone that I had to interface with was extremely courteous and friendly. Service was quick and precise. I have been back several times to either ask questions or have something done and was met with the same courteous response even though I had already bought the car. If you dislike dealing with a car salesman, the people at Richmond Ford Lincoln will change your outlook on how you are received and treated. More
I came to Richmond Ford even though we live in Midlothian to get my wife's Lincoln serviced. I came to the Quick Lane and found Charles Crenshaw to help me. I was a little worried because the car also need to get my wife's Lincoln serviced. I came to the Quick Lane and found Charles Crenshaw to help me. I was a little worried because the car also needed a state inspection and I didn't know if they could handle that for us. IT was great. IT took a little extra time as expected, but the whole service was done within the time frame Charles gave us. Beloved truck was sideswiped doing nearly 4,000. worth of damage. Needless to say, we weren't thrilled about having the vehicle damaged nor having to have it repaired. Richmond Ford, from my very first visit to the collision center, put my mind completely at ease. Not only did they keep me "in the loop" about every aspect of my repair they also have a wonderful feature where they email you photos of every step of the repair process. I had numerous email conversation with my service manager contact ( the wondrous Mr. Jimmy Turner ) . There were things that were found that we hadn't covered when my insurance adjuster came out initially to inspect the damage. Richmond Ford found them, fixed them and kept me up to date every step of the way. The work they did is beautiful and our beloved truck is back on the road now and we couldn't be more pleased. In September 2012 my wife and I were looking to change our vehicles so we headed to Sheehy Ford Ashland. We did not have a good experience after purchasing my wife's car so I was NOT going to purchase min our vehicles so we headed to Sheehy Ford Ashland. We did not have a good experience after purchasing my wife's car so I was NOT going to purchase mine there. We had a horrible experience and felt like we had been taken advantage of with shrewd sales tactics. So I went to Richmond Ford and met Jason Tucker, my sales person. His superior level of product knowledge and kind spirit made the start of the sale process very comfortable. He is a straight shooter. He offers his expertise to make sure you purchase the vehicle that is right for your needs with the accessories you are seeking, and affordable. Throughout the sale process my wife continually said "boy, I wasn't told that at Sheehy" or "that's not what my salesperson told me at Sheehy" and I would say to her "That's why I'm at Richmond Ford and NOT Sheehy! My wife was so impressed with the deal I received with my F-150 XLT and the professional way Jason Tucker treated us, she begged Jason to help her get out of her brand new Focus Titanium she had just purchased from Sheehy and sell her one of his cars. So he did! Once you purchase your vehicle Jason will sit in the vehicle with you and not let you leave the lot until you are comfortable and familiar with the vehicle. He remains available to you during the time you own it. Richmond Ford also has a great program where they invite all new car owners to a get to know Richmond Ford evening. They feed you and introduce you to all their managers of each department and by the end of the night you are very familiar who to contact when you need help. Recently, I was in an accident and my F-150 is a total loss. I had the truck towed to Richmond Ford. Chris Jones, Manager of the collision dept was a super help to us. He contacted the insurance adjuster and worked with him giving him access to our vehicle and keeping me informed step by step as to what was going on. As soon as we were informed the truck was a total loss, we called Mike Serpico and Jason Tucker to help us get into a new vehicle. Jason and Mike were not only concerned about making a sale but were truly concern for me because of my injuries and our financial situation. I must say that Jason worked with his managers to get us the financing we needed at the rate we requested and along with Yvette Crews and Mike Serpico we were able to close the deal. We would never think of buying a Ford from any other dealership. Richmond Ford does NOT practice shrewd sales tactics, nor do they treat you as if it's an honor to allow us to purchase from them. They appreciate their customers and treat you that way. If you are in the market for a FORD we can without hesitation recommend Jason Tucker and Richmond Ford! More
I had been to several dealers and was tired of dealing with inexperienced salesmen. I was very irritated that we were assigned to what I thought was another inexperienced salesman. However, Yvette Crews assured me that Dmitry Safyankov was very knowledgeable, he calmly, began by telling me why we should trade with Richmond Ford LIncoln, something the other car dealers did not do. He actually explained the different options available on the Ford Edge more thoroughly than anyone previously had. I was impressed by how courteous everyone was. The reason we ended up at Richmond Ford Lincoln was because it was the dealership in our area that the USAA buying service dealt with, had it not been for that we would probably not have come to this dealership as it is out of the way for us.
