I am writing this review because my husband and I were at the 4600 West Broad location on Monday evening about 6pm to look at a few used cars. My husband, Thomas Chase, had purchased a used vehicle from this the 4600 West Broad location on Monday evening about 6pm to look at a few used cars. My husband, Thomas Chase, had purchased a used vehicle from this location and from CODY BARR about 8 months ago, but it was totalled in an accident a few weeks ago. Thomas wanted to return to Richmond Ford at 4600 West Broad because he received such wonderful service last time from CODY BARR and DARRICK JONES. When we arrived, CODY was busy with another customer, but Thomas wanted to wait on him due to the past history he had with him. A few minutes later CODY was assisting us as we looked around for another used car. We told him the price range and he went to work for us. While we waited on him (when we first arrived) we saw 2 cars we were interested in, so we informed him and he immediately got the keys to both cars and let my husband test drive both of them. The entire time we were there, CODY BARR was pleasant and friendly to both of us. Several other employees came up to my husband and spoke to him because they recognized him from before. A few of them even hugged him! We were offered drinks and snacks while we waited and everyone we passed smiled and/or spoke to us. We have never had such great service and we were made to feel like old friends instead of desperate customers. After dealing with CODY, we were sent to the Finance guy, Darrick. He also shook our hands and spoke to Thomas about something they talked about the last time he was there. Wow! This was very impressive to me. DARRICK actually remembered the conversation they had 8 months ago. We could go on and on, but all we really wanted to say was the SERVICE from CODY and DARRICK was great. Also, I believe that it was Chris Southworth that made our deal final, meaning he was the man who said YES to our price and other things. Thanks to EVERYONE involved for the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE which started with CODY and continued until we left a few hours later when Thomas drove off in the vehicle he wanted.
