Pleased I can't say enough positive things about the experience my family had with the employees at Richmond Car and Truck Center. Coming in to the process, m I can't say enough positive things about the experience my family had with the employees at Richmond Car and Truck Center. Coming in to the process, my husband and I were prepared for a very different experience than what we encountered. From the first phone call to the final handshake we were treated with honesty and respect from every individual we encountered. There was not a moment during the process that we felt like we were at the losing end of a deal or being deceived which was wonderful as it was our first time buying and doing a trade in simultaneously. It is very obvious that customer service is at the heart of this business and the staff truly desires customers to be pleased with their experience; we will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from them! Not your typical car buying experience! My husband and I found a Van online that we were interested in and after reading the reviews of others, thought we would make the almost 2 hour drive My husband and I found a Van online that we were interested in and after reading the reviews of others, thought we would make the almost 2 hour drive to check it out. SO glad we did! We not only found the car we had been looking for for months, but we were also very humbled by the service. We weren't pressured, we felt important, and most of all, we walked away feeling like we were treated fairly and with respect. It was a painless process. Above and Beyond This dealership is 230 miles from my home so it was important to me to know what, if any, flaws there were before I traveled to look at it (I bought a This dealership is 230 miles from my home so it was important to me to know what, if any, flaws there were before I traveled to look at it (I bought a used Camry Hybrid). Joe took numerous pictures of the few little scratches and sent them to me. When I got there the car was just like the pictures and was in perfect working order. We had agreed on the price ahead of time so there were no tense moments of negotiation and the price was the best I could find. Joe was even generous enough to give me a completely full tank of gas to get me home. Other online dealers were slow to respond to my emails and were simply not as helpful. Thanks, Joe (Gunny)! More

I had seen an SUV on their website and went to check it out and it had been sold th I had such an amazing experience at Richmond Car and Truck Center! I had seen an SUV on their website and went to check it out and it had been sold the day before but Ronnie showed me an even better SUV that was $1,000 cheaper. He didn't try to pressure me into buying it and him and Brad was super helpful getting me financed and now I have my new (to me) SUV. I've already recommended them to 3 people and will be buying my next car from them when that time comes. More
