Satisfied customer I took my vehicle in to get some work done. The gentleman I spoke with to set up the repairs was Harry Wilcox. The following Thursday we met to drive some vehicles my wife fell in love with a Dodge Journey that Brian and Harry showed us. The following day I spoke to Harry and Freddy multiple times to get a deal that I liked. We went in on Saturday to finish the deal and take delivery on our new vehicle. Never again The car is nice. The salesmen were friendly. However; the license plate problem irritated me beyond belief. It took me four months to get the plate The car is nice. The dealership messed this up with Texas registration from the start. Had I not called in the first place (after over a month and a half) I do not believe it ever would have happened and I would have been stuck with a huge penalty. I was told the problem was a change in the office staff (those who do the paperwork). When I complained to Chrysler they were told the problem was Texas registration. Seriously, who is not telling the truth. I cannot believe that Hobbs does not often sell vehicles to Texans. (Fact is I know this is true) Hence, it was probably the office staff. Had the car not been so nice and had I not been injured at the time - I would have returned it. Let's review: 1. Someone lied 2. Someone (or several) need to get their act together 3.
