My husband and I bought a car there about 2 or 3 years ago and we test drove and noticed the RPMs were shooting up and not shifting right. We told them and they said they would check it out. Well on our way home after purchase we noticed it was not fixed. We had to keep pulling over and restarting it to make the RPMs stop spiking. After researching we discovered that the transmission solenoid was bad and needs replaced. They probably didn't want to take the time or effort to fix it before selling it. Lazy people! They seemed friendly up front but they are just after the money not customer loyalty. Hope they go out of business if they haven't already.... More

I bought a truck from Richhart's, and it took them 7 1/2 weeks to get me the title. They never returned any of my calls to ask where title was. He refused to take truck back and refund my money as allowed by Indiana Law due to their failure to provide title within timeframe allowed. I have complaints going through Indiana Attorney General's Office and Indiana Secretary of State's Office, Dealer Division. I see on SOS website that they paid a fine in August 2011 for failing to maintain a proper plate log. I rate them an absolute poor for their customer service (never returning calls), absolute poor for the owner's foul mouth and disregard for the law governing dealers. More
