Quick service I had originally made an appointment for oil change on my Odyssey van for a Wednesday. My daughter was admitted to hospital late Tuesday evening so I I had originally made an appointment for oil change on my Odyssey van for a Wednesday. My daughter was admitted to hospital late Tuesday evening so I cancelled my 10am appointment on line (easily done). I needed to get the oilchanged prior to weekend as a trip out of town. Called Thursday morning, after daughter released, and asked for early appointment on Friday. Appointment made for 8:45, I there at 8:35, on my way home at 9:10. Tire rotation, oil change, and placement of safety labels all done! Service people friendly and helpful! More

Actually believed me when I had a TSB for my Pilot Randy was actually able to listen to me and track down the part I needed for my '16 Pilot. I spoke with Luther Hopkins Honda previously and the woman Randy was actually able to listen to me and track down the part I needed for my '16 Pilot. I spoke with Luther Hopkins Honda previously and the woman on the phone argued with me for 10 minutes saying the piece of paper I got from Honda saying I qualified for a new FM tuner under warranty didn't exist. Prompt professional service When I pulled into the service bay, the car prep person guided me in and covered the drivers seat and floor to protect it from dirt. The service advisor (Bruce) came over within minutes and greeted me and gathered all the info for my car service. Then he personally escorted me to the waiting lounge. He said the oil change and inspection would take about one hour and fifteen minutes, but it didn't take that long to complete. Before long I was out the door with an oil change and freshly washed car. More
