Even though I occasionally get service coupons e-mailed to me for being an Advantage member, upon inquiry, their general rates for other services that I'm going to need for general maintenance are the same or better than local service shops. Why would I go anywhere than the RB Honda dealership where I know I'm going to get genuine Honda parts and Honda certified technicians? More

Quick and curteous I was amazed when Louis came and found me in directly the customer lounge. It had been about an hour from the time when I had dropped off my car. Shelley is amazing. Shelley in customer service is a shining star. She goes above and beyond in taking care of the customers' needs. I always request Shelley when I bring my car in for service. If the Sales Department were even close, I would purchase from this dealership. However, everyone in my family (four car owners) go to Brookdale for purchasing our Hondas because they are honest and closer to the Blue Book on pricing. Last purchase, there was a 5K difference. For 5K, it is worth it to drive to Brookdale so that is what we do. We HAVE purchased new and used Hondas - elsewhere where Sales is honest and fair. More
