This nightmare just doesn't end for me. I took my murano to a different dealership because the problems were still there, come to find out I need both control arms w/bushings and a left axle and the transfer case was leaking. The control arms and left axle should of been noticed when my struts were replaced but the mechanic didn't say nothing. And the torn bushings couldn't of happened less than 1 month after replacing my struts especially when I barely drove my car because it still was making loud noises. Well finding out my car needed all those repairs wasn't the worst of it, Because my car was in the shop so much my warranty was at max payout which I found out from the warranty company means they have paid out the amount of what I paid for it. ($10,000) So the warranty that was supposed to last me 4 years or 132,000 miles was maxed out in 13 months cause of the amount of repairs it needed, and my warranty couldn't cover all the repairs, all they partially covered was the transfer case leak and I had to pay $411.00 out of my pocket, so me and my kids have to drive in a unsafe vehicle that still needs critical repairs done because my warranty is already maxed out and I don't have $2500.00 to cover the remaining balance. Upset would be putting it mildly, I don't think I'm wrong for believing that bringing your car in to be repaired now over 9 times within 13 months of purchase on a car with less than 85,000 miles on it is pretty bad. *Mr. Weverka I've tried calling you a few times and I've left messages with my name and cell number but I have yet to hear back from you. I really hope you agree that the car I bought from the dealership you manage has been in the repair shop more than it should especially only having it 13 months and that the repairs already exceeded my warranty and the full price I paid for the car... and the car still needs critical repairs in order to be safely driven... I honestly feel that I was absolutely not sold a meticulous top of the line vehicle....... These 9 repair invoices remind me of that.... I'd still like to hear what you have to say about my situation.
