Excellent Customer Service I was shopping around for a Honda Odyssey EX-L. I had done all my research and was sure on what I wanted to buy. As soon as I spoke to Kevin, I knew t I was shopping around for a Honda Odyssey EX-L. I had done all my research and was sure on what I wanted to buy. As soon as I spoke to Kevin, I knew this is the guy I am going to buy my car from. Kevin was extremely professional, friendly and never pressurized me into buying anything I did not need. He listened to my needs (I have a disabled kid and needed to convert the minivan). He was very friendly, and respectful of my situation and my needs. He delivered me the car on the day I needed and for the price I needed. Even if I had to pay 500$ more, I would go and buy a car from him again. Absolutely the best guy to buy a car from !! More

I emailed various dealers for e-quotes stating I would be purchasing the best proposal within 24-48 hours. Although most responses are automatically sent, Val immediately called me to personally extend a better offer and to assure me that she wanted my business and would work with me to get my business. The other 7 dealerships contacted me but not one said they wanted my business or would work with me. In addition, she was warm and engaging on the phone and in her emails to me without pressuring me. I felt as though I was working with a long time friend - someone I could trust. Although I felt I got a great deal, more important, I felt comfortable during the entire transaction. Respectful and friendly with no-hassle service. I needed a car this Spring but had a limited budget. I trolled the internet for weeks looking for just the right car for my price range. One day I I needed a car this Spring but had a limited budget. I trolled the internet for weeks looking for just the right car for my price range. One day I found a used Honda Civic SI at RB Honda......just the type of thing I was looking for. The price seemed right so I inquired online. I got an immediate response from Paul Loso the next morning. He said, "come take a look and have a test drive. I'll have it waiting for you." I drove out to RB Honda that next Saturday afternoon and sure enough. Paul had the car spiffed up and ready for a test drive. I knew that I wanted to try and buy the car within the first 10 minutes. It was clean, rode great and the engine softly hummed like a champion. I decided quickly that I needed to pounce on this car before someone else did. Paul took me in and introduced me to Chip Richards in Financing. My case was slightly challenging and Chip and Paul worked all afternoon to get me financed with a deal I was happy with. Looking around the dealership, I could tell that the salespeople treated everyone the same whether they were spending $5K or 50K. Paul and Chip worked on my account diligently and strategically. I walked away happy with a car that I could feel good about. After I drove the car for about a week, I got a call from Paul telling me that my "part was in". Come to find out, the rear wiper motor wasn't spitting out washer fluid that effectively. I hadn't even realized that it was broken and RB Honda was already there offering to fix it. They did so at no charge. It has been weeks now since I purchased the car and Paul still checks in to make sure I still like the ride. I will definitely consider buying my next car at RB Honda if/ when the time comes. However, I have a feeling my Honda is going to last a LONG time. More

For awhile, I couldn't decide between the EX and EX-L, so he parked them right next to each other so I could jump from one to the other, back and forth, to help decide. He never made me feel crazy about it either! :) More

At no time I felt the sales pressure that I already experienced from other car dealerships. I was given a tour to their service department and introduced to some of the technicians , I was surprised that others within the services department were saying Hello to me. More
Stellar customer service Twice I have left my overhead light on in my CRV causing my battery to die. The service department and Kevin DeCaluwe who sold me my car have come to my rescue both times. I don't know a thing about cars. The first time, Kevin drove over with the battery charger and got the car started. In the second instance, the service department did a thorough review of my battery and didn't try to sell me anything. the second time, my sound system locked up. I didn't know about the code to unlock it and apparently pushed buttons too many times and it had to be reset. Kevin came to my office, picked up the car, took it to service and returned it to me because he knew I had an important meeting at work and couldn't get away and I was about to drive 12 hours and needed a sound system. Richfield Honda offers exceptional customer service. They listen to what your issues are and are happy to deal with your problems of the day while doing what needs to be done to get your car in great working order. You couldn't ask for nicer staff. and they don't take advantage of you or make you feel stupid - even if you are about cars! Thanks Kevin and Richfield Honda - you saved the day! More
