He made sure the car was completely gone over and any nicks/scratches in the paint job were taken care of. The service department checked out the car completely and only had to replace the tires. I feel I got great customer service before, during, and after the sale. Cal Richards, in Finance, was also very helpful and took care of all the financial paperwork with ease.
