It helped me realize with my situation leasing would be the option. I told myself that we wouldn't stay more than 45 minutes on our day off. We ended up staying for 2 hours and left with a new car. Sue Wegleitner was awesome, as well as their entire staff. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership as I did there. We were made to feel so comfortable and welcomed, that I would recommend Richfield Honda to anyone. He was so friendly and accommodating that I did not realize the dealersh I met Neng Lee when I had just begun my search for a new car in early August. He was so friendly and accommodating that I did not realize the dealership was closing for the evening. I was happy to see that he was available when I returned to purchase a 2014 Accord. He found the perfect car with the options and price that I was comfortable with. A couple of days later, I stopped by and he took his time explaining how some of the new options work. He also went over the warranty even thought Jay Horn had explained it at the time of purchase...I just couldn't remember all the things he said. I am very satisfied with my experience of buying a car at Richfield/Bloomington Honda. More
