A happy and satisfied customer! I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt like this particular review is well-deserved. I bought a 2014 Honda Civic LX in October at RB Honda, and I'm e I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt like this particular review is well-deserved. I bought a 2014 Honda Civic LX in October at RB Honda, and I'm ecstatic about my purchase. Kevin DeCaluwe was my service representative from start to finish, and I couldn't have been assigned to a more professional, competent, and accommodating salesperson. From the test drive to the final negotiation of the contract, Kevin was attentive and respectful throughout the entire experience. As a first-time new car buyer, I expected a pushy salesperson, but Kevin was the complete opposite. I told him at the outset that I was only shopping around and wanted to test drive the Civic, and he accompanied me on the drive without pushing his agenda on me. He even encouraged me to do more research if needed, which I did at home. I did some comparison shopping and I found a better deal on a website, and Kevin (and RB Honda) honored the price that I presented them. He even got me the college grad $500 down payment program, which I had to find on my own. After my test drive, Kevin and I exchanged text messages about prices for the next 3 days and we eventually agreed on one, which was the best offer after shopping around. What I appreciated the most about my experience in working with Kevin is that he respected my need to take my time and not rush into a decision. When I told him I felt rushed and needed more space to consider the purchase, he backed off while still maintaining my interest. He was even considerate enough to contact me after 5pm, knowing that I was busy teaching during the day. I could've easily given my business to another dealership on my list, but the friendly and respectful manner in which Kevin treated me made me want to reciprocate and give him my business. I'm sure that there are equally great salespeople at RB Honda, but I would ask for Kevin DeCaluwe if you can. He has the charm, charisma, and professionalism that makes car-buying a worthwhile experience. Even at the last minute when I drove off, Kevin helped with the car settings, shook my hand, and saw me drive off with my new car on Friday night at 7pm, when they were about to close shop. Now that's customer service! Buying a new car can be an anxiety-producing experience and it's a big investment in time and money, and Kevin will offer you the assurance you need in making the right decision, while turning a car sale into an art form. Recently, I've been looking for an SUV in addition to my Fit. I went back to RB Honda and asked for Kevin. He's been helping me to make the right decision for the SUV that would be best for me. I've looked at, and test drove, the 2015 Honda CR-V. It was between that make/model and one other 2015 vehicle. It was such a close decision, but there was one feature in the other SUV that will work better for me, so I went with the other make/model. My biggest regret is that I won't be able to have Kevin as my salesperson. He was so gracious when I let him know that this second car purchased won't be a Honda. More

Not our first Honda from RB Honda and not our last It was time to replace my wife's car and after not owning a Honda for 3 years wanted to look at the updated 2015 CR-V. RB Honda wasn't the first deal It was time to replace my wife's car and after not owning a Honda for 3 years wanted to look at the updated 2015 CR-V. RB Honda wasn't the first dealer we looked at (that would have been Walser who made it perfectly clear their price was THE price) but it was the last. After stopping at Burnsville Honda right at close I decided to email RB Honda along with two others. Jeremy Miner sent me a price quote that was better than Walser's one price option (by a significant amount) and asked if we'd be stopping in. When we got there on a busy Saturday afternoon Jeremy was with a customer but Val greeted us at the door. After I told her I was there to see Jeremy she told me she'd get me set up with a test vehicle and was off to get everything together. By the time we got back from our test drive Jeremy met us in the lot and we chatted models and settled on a EX-L which while not the model I'd emailed on was priced equally as good as the EX. We also received what I consider top value on our trade. Process was painless and everyone we worked was fantastic. This is our second Honda from RB Honda and while I'm always going to shop dealers I see no reason why we won't be back for our next. Thanks for a great car buying experience. More

I had several questions which Neng looked into for me, and then called me back promptly. RB Honda gave me the best price, beating Walser and two other dealers. Neng had the add-ons installed on the car within a few hours, even though one part was not in stock at RB at the time of my call. When we came in to the dealership, Neng took time with us, showed us how everything worked, and was as friendly and calm as anyone could be. It wasn't until we were ready to go in to talk to the financing department that he let us know that his wife was literally about to go into the hospital to deliver their baby. Neng left for the hospital, and we had a low-pressure, smooth experience with financing. I couldn't recommend RB Honda and Neng more highly. Neng followed up with a call a few days after our purchase. They had a baby girl. More

He guided us through the different years and trims for the CRV and never pressured us but was a great resource. Matt M. chatted with us when Fred was lining up our car and Jay helped us with financing and both of them were also nice and engaging when we had questions. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if they happened to have the specific color and trim in stock the day we made our decision to buy but we were fine waiting a week to get the car.
