She was very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about you. Ashley instantly put me at ease, buying a vehicle is a big purchase, and walked me thru the whole process. Ashley even took me into the service department and introduced me to Ben, who would be one of the people in service that I would be working with. Ashley wanted to make sure I knew where service was located at the dealership for my future service work. I am one of those people that have a hard time going somewhere when I have not been there before. So for me personally, Ashley giving me that tour and introducing me to key people that I would be working with in the future put me at ease because I know where everything is for when I need it. I appreciated all the time Ashley spent going over everything in my new Honda CRV. I left knowing, and was comfortable with, how to work everything in it, which was ALOT. Plus my last vehicle was 11 years old and needless to say no where near the awesome options the CRV has. I also received a phone call from Ashley 2 days later because she wanted to check in and see how I was loving my new CRV along with making sure I didn't have questions about how all the options worked. It's a bit overwhelming when buying a vehicle with all the information you are going over and she was making sure I didn't have more questions. Thanks Ashley for taking care of me and making it the best experience ever. Especially since I was gunshy from the last experience I had with another dealership that made me feel rushed, that I was putting them out and when I left was very upset.
