Above and Beyond! I recently had the privilege of working with Kevin DeCaluwe at RBHonda. He helped me out with my first lease 3 years ago, he made that process easy and exciting for me. As my lease was ending he began to get in touch with me to help me figure out what to do next. Talked me through all options and took the time to explain which ones may fit me better. He went so far above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, keep me informed, but also give me enough space so I didn't feel pressured! I ended up buying an Accord, and I love her. He, along with Dave in the Finance department worked real hard with the banks to find me the best deal for me! Kevin is my car guy!! Thanks guys! More
2001 Chevy Cavalier I just bought a 2001 Chevy Cavalier from this dealership four days ago and I already had to bring it in for a repair. As I was driving around last nig I just bought a 2001 Chevy Cavalier from this dealership four days ago and I already had to bring it in for a repair. As I was driving around last night it started to rain so I tried to put my windows up but I was unable. The drivers side window switch stopped working out of nowhere so I had to quickly leave my job as a delivery driver so that I could go home and sloppily tape a plastic sheet over my window in the rain. It's now going to cost me over $300 to repair the broken switch and on top of that much of my interior is soaked. I was given no warning that there was anything wrong with the window switch when I bought the car and I am beyond upset with the inconvenience that this car has caused. More

He was very helpful providing all the information I asked while inquiring about a certain car. I ended up not being interested in that car but frequently checked the used inventory on your website until I found another one I was interested in and it brought me to the dealership and was glad when Neng was the salesman that helped me. Because the car would be for a 16 year old I had a certain price that I wanted to stick with and he asked me what I was looking for and we went through the inventory together and he pointed out some options for me to test drive with no pressures at all! The fact that I was able to take a couple of the cars to my mechanic to look over sealed the deal for me! I then decided that I would only work with Neng until I found something which I did! More

Buying a new Honda CRV My wife and I just finished purchasing a new Honda CRV from RB Honda in Minneapolis, MN, and dealt with Bill Foye as the new car sales agent. Bill did My wife and I just finished purchasing a new Honda CRV from RB Honda in Minneapolis, MN, and dealt with Bill Foye as the new car sales agent. Bill did an excellent job and was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in pointing out the features of the CRV that we needed to hear about. We enjoyed working with him, and would definitely recommend him to other car shoppers. Chip Richards also did a good job in reviewing the information about purchasing the extended warranty, and our interactions with him were professional and thorough as well. Honda, in general, should understand, though, that the practice of subjecting buyers to a very high-pressured sales pitch regarding the additional purchase of an extended warranty, coming immediately after the terms of the sale have been "settled", is at best, uncomfortable, if not frankly distasteful. We know this is a common practice with all new car dealers, but surely there could be a way of conveying information about the pros and cons of this decision to new car purchasers in a less intense, less pressurized, manner. Could you develop a brochure where a neutral party analyzes the repair record of the model we are buying and the frequency of purchasers actually "using" this type of insurance? Customers are actually being asked to purchase a type of "catastrophic" insurance, when we in fact can have no real idea of how frequently, or perhaps more to the point, how rarely, this type of insurance is ever used. It would be really helpful to know that information, as we are being asked to make an on-the-spot decision while being closeted off in a back room with a sales agent. Phil and Lynda Murray More

We knew what we wanted and were not pressu My husband and I went in knowing we wanted to at least test drive. We ended up purchasing a Fit base model. We knew what we wanted and were not pressured into another buy. At no point was I stressed. And we bought because we were ready to buy. And because I wasn't being pressured for more than I wanted, I felt like I could. However, we were under-prepared to make a purchase (we were only going to test drive) - so Kevin actually followed us home so we could grab our checkbook and close the deal. I would say, that's awesome customer service! And Chip was great at explaining all the financing details. It was great working with the team! More
