He was i We had a wonderful experience buying a new CR V from Richfield Bloomington Honda. The highlight of the purchase was working with Brad Crosby. He was informative, personable, responsive, yet not pushy. Going into this process of buying a new car I was honestly dreading it. From the beginning Brad made it enjoyable. On the test drive he gave just the right amount of information about the car. It is obvious he has a solid grasp on the mechanics of the vehicles he is selling, yet he didn't get all technical and lose us in the process of describing some of the specifics of the CR V. The negotiating process was friendly and fair, not confrontational and aggressive like I was expecting. I was by far most impressed by the time he spent orienting me to the new vehicle as I took possession. He helped me get our baby's car seat in, learn about using the stereo, and program the settings for the vehicle. My favorite thing about Brad was that he seemed real. While he obviously is a sales person, trying to make a sale, I also got the impression that he cared about my experience. I would HIGHLY recommend asking for Brad if you are interested in purchasing a Honda!! In addition I found Richfield Bloomington's new building to be very enjoyable and had a lot of environmentally sound features (water bottle refill stations, car wash with recapture, etc.). I can honestly say that I would look forward to hanging out there in the future while my car gets routine tune ups. More

Service I called fairly soon after getting new tires from RBHonda because they weren't holding air. They said someone is letting them out at night, really? They rotated them. I called back to tell them it didn't work. Never called me back. Called back again and was hung up on and never called me back. More
The Best Young Salesman My wife, Mary, and I were in this week to look at, test drive, and ultimately purchase a new car. We worked with a young man, Gabe Montante. Granted My wife, Mary, and I were in this week to look at, test drive, and ultimately purchase a new car. We worked with a young man, Gabe Montante. Granted Honda makes a quality product, but in my opinion it was the excellent service we received from Gabe that made the sale. He was professional in that he knew his product. He was personable in that he was relaxed and fun to associate with. And what we didn't know at the time was that his commitment to us went far past the sale of the vehicle. The night my wife drove home with the Civic she noticed it pulled a little to the left. I drove it and noticed it too. So we contacted Gabe the next morning and he was able to get us in to the quite busy service department within hours. Mary had to take off work to drive the car out to the dealership so Gabe drove her back to her office in Downtown, Minneapolis. After the car was fixed he then shuttled her back to the dealership to pick the car up. To me that was going above and beyond his job description. Mary and I will always be thankful for all Gabe did for us over the last several days. It will defiantly affect where we car shop in the future. And we have already told family and friends where we shopped and about the deal we got. Special thanks to Tim Carter for hiring people with a heart for the customer. Thanks, too, to Kevin. The staff was very convivial, who streched their timings to facilitate the purchase. I did my research before buying the vehicle. However, RB Honda experiece was class apart. I highly recommend RB Honda as a great dealership. More
Great experience in buying used car. My son and I came into RB Honda looking for a used car for him. Rick Howes greeted us and listened to what my son wanted and then showed him 3 cars My son and I came into RB Honda looking for a used car for him. Rick Howes greeted us and listened to what my son wanted and then showed him 3 cars. We drove 2 of them and he chose a 2006 Saturn Ion 3 Quad Coupe with low miles. We felt comfortable with 'Grandpa' and liked all of the employees whom we came into contact with. Bridget processed the loan --my son was happy to be approved at a local credit union. She explained a service maintenance contract and all the details of his loan, etc. He seemed comfortable with her and I felt she did a very good job communicating information to him. I will recommend RB Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. DLB More

Kevin did not pressure me into anything and was very honest when it came to what I did and didn't need. He followed up to see how I was doing and liking my new car and was extremely personable and easy to talk to. He even gave my mother a gift for referring me to him and RB Honda. Most car salesmen get a bad rap for being pushy and unrelatable but that is not the case with Kevin. It truly felt like I was talking to a friend or family member. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure my happiness with my new vehicle and I will go to him with any future car purchases. Thanks again, Kevin!!! More
Great used car buying experience! Matt Smith went above and beyond my wildest expectations in finding my wife an amazing used Honda at a great price. He showed me some other Hondas tha Matt Smith went above and beyond my wildest expectations in finding my wife an amazing used Honda at a great price. He showed me some other Hondas that I was interested in, but Matt said they were not in the condition that I really wanted. He stayed late to make sure that everything worked out. Chip in finance made it easy to deal with the paperwork. I really appreciated that he didn't do a hard sell on the extended warranty which we were not at all interested in. Both were extremely professional as well as friendly in the purchase process. More
