We were fortunate enough to meet with Kevin within 20 minutes at his office and got a strong sense that we would end up getting a leased Honda CRV as we had hoped. Kevin listened to us thoughtfully, then patiently gave us his analysis of the different models and asked us questions on what we were looking for. Once he knew what we wanted, he seemingly went out of his way to find a great deal - much better than what we had expected in terms our trade in. This was our third Honda over the past dozen years, but the first time we had gone to RB and the first time with Kevin. In the end, Kevin followed up a week later to make sure things were going ok, and made us feel very comfortable and an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Kevin as a knowledgeable, professional and fun sales agent who we will continue to work with in the future. More

He made the experience nonstressful or pressuring and we came to find a perfect match for us. We have been very happy with the car as well as Hondas location and service plan options. When we didn't find what we were looking for he connected us with Ryan who buys the cars for Bloomington Honda to get our preferences and he was going to see what was on the market. After we left Rick was reviewing the inventory and found a car matching our preferences that was out when we were on the lot the other day. We came in to see it and wound up purchasing it.
