Duri I wouldn't recommend this dealership if you're a woman or you are seeking to have a conversation with someone who is knowledgeable about Hondas. During my test drive of the Honda Fit the salesman answered all my questions with, "Hmm, I should know that..." And then he would begin chatting about all the "cool apps" the car had. I'm not a dummy, can we talk about the car please? The test drive ended with the salesman showing me that the sunroof opened. Really? I felt like I was being treated like a clueless female. When we returned to the dealership the salesman said he would go find out the answers to my questions but instead returned with a full sticker price quote including a BS document fee. Hilarious. When I said I wasn't buying today he returned with his "sales manager" who asked how they could get me in the car TODAY. I told them they could start by answering my questions. The sales manager then began to google the answers to my questions. I informed them I could google the answers from home and left. If I'm going to spend 20K on something, I expect to talk to someone who has a semblance of an idea of what they are talking about. These guys didn't. Go somewhere else. More

The reason I drove off YOUR lot that day with a new car, was SOLELY because of the wonderful experience I had with BRAD BOLZ! My car had died. I needed to find a car THAT day! Before visiting R.B. Honda I was having an extremely stressful day, searching many car dealerships without any luck, trying to find a new car. The moment I drove into your lot, I was met outside with a warm, friendly smile from Brad Bolz. For me, looking for a car was scarey and making decisions was very hard for me. Brad's calm demeanor and patience put me completely at ease. I not only felt he wanted to help find the "right" car for me, but also wanted me to enjoy my car buying experience. I felt he was truly concerned and "cared" about ME, and not just about "making that next sale" ( like most salespeople do). Brad contacted me twice since purchasing my new car, asking if I had any questions or concerns, how it was driving and how I liked it. I will recommend R.B. Best Car Buying Experience! Demian was wonderful helping me with my car purchase! I first came to the dealership a few weeks before moving from Virginia to Minnesota. Demian work Demian was wonderful helping me with my car purchase! I first came to the dealership a few weeks before moving from Virginia to Minnesota. Demian worked with me and craziness of my schedule to meet and have cars ready for viewing. He was very friendly and informative and made sure I was comfortable with the car. He took extra time to show all the cool features and answered all my questions. After the purchase, he made sure that my new Civic was safe and sound until I moved out to Minnesota. So grateful for finding a truly awesome car salesman to work with during a chaotic time with the move. Would work with Demian again in a heartbeat! More

poor customer service I called to make a claim for the defected air bag that can result in injury and death. The richfield dealership said they couldn't get me in until the 30th of November, then it changed to the 24th. Honda is supposed to accommodate me with a rental vehicle until my vehicle is fixed. But Richfield honda said they could only give me a rental for the day of my maintenance. But that is not true according to the honda recall website. I was put on hold for 20 minutes before being told all of this. Even though the recall was not my problem and people have died from the airbag deploying shards of metal. But i would have to pay out of pocket until the day of my appointment. And they told me I would need to bring the rental car back within 12 hours of my vehicle being finished. I called another honda dealership, got my car in the same day and out the same day within the hour and they gave me a rental and said i could keep it until its convenient for me to bring it back and pick up my car. More
