Can't trust these people I bought a used (2010) vehicle 3 weeks ago from here and I thought my salesman was friendly and honest. However it all went down hill when they tried I bought a used (2010) vehicle 3 weeks ago from here and I thought my salesman was friendly and honest. However it all went down hill when they tried to low ball me on my trade-in. They offered me $800 (which they are now selling for $4695) but eventually talked them up to $1500. When signing the paperwork, they try extremely hard to push the warranty on you, and when I declined, he seemed very upset over it (awkward). That next morning, I tried the heated seats and after about a minute the light went out on the drivers side and it never worked. I contacted my salesman with the issue but of course it was his day off so I waited to speak to a manger. The used car manager said that they would look at it but couldn't guarantee that they would fix it for me. I brought the car in and waited for 2 1/2 hours for them to tell me that the heating element was out and it would cost me $950 to fix and they would not pay for it. I went out to the floor to speak the used car manager and told him that was the case then I did not want the vehicle and I wanted to return it. He said they do not have a return policy and that's why I should have bought the extended warranty. We argued on the floor for a while and then when I told him that I would just stop payment on my check, he said that he would be willing to pay for an after market heated seat instead of the factory one. I agreed being that I just wanted the heated seat to work. I brought it in the following week and the day it was supposed to be done I called and inquired the status and was told that when they put in the after market one it made the A/C part of the seat not work so they had to order another part. So I was out of a car for another day. When I went to pick it up, they said that they ended up just fixing the factory part. I'm sure they knew when they were selling it that it did not work but still used that as a selling point for the vehicle. The only reason I didn't try it before I signed the paperwork is it was hot out and I was using the A/C part of the seat. Next time I won't make that mistake. Now they have listed my trade in vehicle and I read in the description that it is a one owner vehicle. That is a complete lie! I bought it used 3 years ago. Can't trust these people and I will not be going back to that dealership. More

I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot w/ Navi two or three weeks ago. At first I was really anxious about not being able to purchase the car, but once everything was settled, I fell in love with it!! Their service they provided us was above and beyond 100%!! (: They are ALL friendly! There is always someone to help, you would never feel left out or ignored. Although, the sad part was the new pilot does not have third row seat floor mat BUT have no fear, we were introduced to Alex and he helped us! We were extremely satisfied! There is no other words to explain the experience! It was just THE BEST OF THE BEST of all!!! (: More

Outstanding Salesperson: TEMITOPE FABUNMI Because I had a great experience in 2005 helping my aunt find a Honda Accord, I stopped by in February 2016 to get information and perhaps test drive Because I had a great experience in 2005 helping my aunt find a Honda Accord, I stopped by in February 2016 to get information and perhaps test drive a new or used accord as my 2013 lease (Nissan) was coming to and end. I was greeted by the soft-spoken Temitope Fabunmi. Although I ultimately chose another Nissan, I was enormously impressed by Mr. Fabunmi's style, knowledge, and ability to help me hone in on the Honda choice that would meet my needs. He was thorough in presenting information and showing the car we used in the test drive. I can highly recommend Mr. Fabunmi! More
Second car from Fred at RB Honda I don't ever write reviews but here we go. This has been my second car I have bought from Richfield Honda and has been the easiest as the first. Called and the first one that picked up was Fred Hopps in sales. The best to work with, price negotiated over the phone and beat out all other dealers. I walked in with the wife, was handed the keys, and drove off on a test drive. An hour later I was out with a new Pilot. Then I find myself in the market for a new Accord, called up Fred again 3 years later. He answered and again the most efficient experience buying a car. I looked at 4 other dealers trying to find my car. Others, while annoying me with BS with possibly getting the car, Fred was open and honest and had my car within a week. Great pricing as before, setup an appointment, looked over my shiny new car sitting in pretty garage bay, was shown all tech madness, then off to finance. Signed some paper work and out under an hour. Best car buying experience ever. No hassle and got the car I wanted for a great price. Fred Hopps and RB Honda come highly recommended. More
Aftermarket warranty scam Salesman sold me on a 10year/100k warranty. It was 72 months. Never trust a salesman. Worthless lie. Never needed it. Never wanted a 72 month aftermarket warranty on a new car either. I don't drive enough to need it. The factory warranty is 72/60k. When I called the dealer, they said there is nothing they can do, because even though the salesman told me the aftermarket warranty doesn't come into effect until after 6 years or 60k, the paperwork says I paid for a 72 month/ 100k warranty at the time of purchase. Money scam for commission dollars!!!! They also filled my car with 87 octane at the time of purchase as a courtesy. It's a 91 octane car. My brand new car was pinging on accelleration until i could burn enough gas out of it, and replace it with 92 octane. Other than that. Real friendly. They get paid to be that way, and reprimanded if the don't, soo its really a given. More
