Awesome place to buy a car. They took time with me. Their selection of cars was great. I did not feel pressure to buy, which is unusual at a car dealership. I will be back when my car needs service. Not a good place to get your Honda serviced - I was there recently to get my OE tires changed and the rep suggested me a set of tire and suggested me to get another local dealer's coupon to save money on the recently to get my OE tires changed and the rep suggested me a set of tire and suggested me to get another local dealer's coupon to save money on the tires. A sales associate could not answer some questions I had & didn't seem to know much about the vehicle I was interested in. Before a test drive, it was dfficult for him to get keys. While on a test drive the s didn't seem to know much about the vehicle I was interested in. Before a test drive, it was dfficult for him to get keys. While on a test drive the sales associate didn't try to promote the vehicle, only talked when I mentioned something. I returned a week later to test drive the vehicle again, hoping for more time on the highway since the previous visit only gave a short amount of time on the highway. I also wanted to find more info about the vehicle from the dealers perspective. There was only 1 sales person on at the time (afternoon during the week), & it was the same sales person I delt with from my previous visit. He said there were other customers he is working with due back any moment from their test drive, & could only give me a real quick test drive. I said no thanks, and I didn't have a problem with that. I had a problem when A MANAGER looked down upon me when he told me that they limit how many miles go on to their vehicles, & they don't do test drives for joy riding or for fun. I am serious about purchasing a new vehicle & let him know that. My apperance makes me look few years younger than my actuall age, and I expressed how I felt towards the manager on his comment. He doesn't know me at all. Long story short, the conversation ended with him saying there are other Honda dealerships I can go to that can try and meet my needs if they couldn't do it themself. I told him I would be going to another dealership. More
Sales guy was a bum. All the way it was salesman trying to prove he was smarter because I had done my homework. They make you wait a long time once you get, just a trick to get you feeling more desperate. to prove he was smarter because I had done my homework. They make you wait a long time once you get, just a trick to get you feeling more desperate. Archibald the salesman who thinks he is smart, has only oneway deals, you get ripped or they rudely ask you to leave. Every salesman there is a slave'sman. They have to go kiss the owners @$$ before negotiating prices, I mean every time you ask for a price they go inside for 10 mins to discuss it with their boss, eacjh and every sales guy in there. More
Three visits, same issues under warranty. These fools had the shop full with older cars and told me "could not duplicate" on rattles and wind noises. Either they are worthless at diagnostics or do not care e the shop full with older cars and told me "could not duplicate" on rattles and wind noises. Either they are worthless at diagnostics or do not care enough to resolve the customers issues when Honda pays the internal labor rate. One of my wind noises was fixed, now the window rattles when partially open. I honestly feel sad inside when I think of bringing my car back to them. Like I know I'm going to be lied to to go away again. More
Bought a 2003 Accord LX in February 2003 after using Edmunds online dealer quote feature - RB Honda was the most responsive, easiest to deal with, and had the lowest price. Salesman was patient with us Edmunds online dealer quote feature - RB Honda was the most responsive, easiest to deal with, and had the lowest price. Salesman was patient with us picking an exterior/interior color, F&I was quick and painless - they offered to beat our CU loan rate but when they could not, it was no problem. And the $100 coupon book they offer is actually worth the money based on 4 oil change coupons (4x$27), plus service discounts. Service is easy to schedule even on a short notice. A short-range shuttle (drop-off only, no pickup) is a plus. More
