Carmen knows how to listen (rare these days) and match up the perfect vehicle and options for your needs. Never a pressure sale as she is in it for the long haul and partnership. I will always purchase my vehicles from Carmen and HIGHLY recommend her for your vehicle needs. Once I found the right vehicle (CRV EXL) it was time to do all the financing. Heidi made this a painless process. She explained the entire process step by step and reviewed all forms in detail. (This get's easier as I do all my business with Heidi and RBH). Took only a few minutes and I was out the door to my new CRV. The entire team at RBH is there to help. The service department has always exceeded my needs and the management team truly cares.
