I called Kevin and told him that my Grandfather would like to trade in her 2007 Buick Lucerne and his 2006 Honda Pilot for a new Pilot. In a time of chaos, confusion and zero planning, Kevin was there to help. He drove to my Grandpa's house and appraised the cars himself, saving my 84 year old Grandpa a lot of time and hassle. A couple hours later Kevin called us and told us the paperwork was ready to sign. We drove both of the trades to the dealership and left with the new Pilot in under one hour. Geri was great to work with. We probably went to the dealership 4 or 5 in order to choose between the CRV and a competitor across 494. It probably took use 3 weeks from the initial discussion to closing the sales and we never felt pressure to make the decision. Each time we spoke with someone we felt taken care of and mostly we felt HAPPY... and that is hard to do when dealing with car shopping! I couldn't be more impressed with the way everything was handled. I've owned 5 hondas in the past and was having a hard time going from my beloved BMW back to a Honda, but after seeing how my BMW held its resale value, I don't think I will sway again from the safety, reliability, and resale of a Honda. Like I said, we visited a few Honda dealerships, and none came close to this one! Were lifetime customers of RB Honda!
