As I've mentioned before, I've been an RB Honda customer since 2004. I've bought two Pilots there, and have had all service work done at RB Honda. I've never once had a bad experience with anyone I've dealt with. All employees I've been in contact with have been courteous, knowledgeable, and always answer questions in layman's language. This last visit was no exception. Wali, the service agent who took care of me was excellent. He listened carefully, answered my questions, and kept me promptly updated on progress of the work being done. I was especially pleased that I was notified that an additional service was needed, and it very easy to review and approve that service. Upon completion of the service, Wali walked me to my vehicle. This was my first time using this dealership to get my car serviced. Shelley made me feel so welcome and explained what maintenance services I needed based on the code displayed on my dashboard. It was very easy to set up my service appointment on line. I was graciously met by one of the service assistants as I drove into to the service bay. I did not wait long and I was cordially met by Service Mgr. Shelly whom immediately recognized me as a patron whom routinely brings my CRV in for regular maintenance. Shelly is very good at personalizing the conversation and yet is conscious of the value of a customer’s time. She asks all good questions and suggests we look at some areas that might need attention. I feel we are in a partnership in ensuring my vehicle is in top-notch shape vs working only as a transaction. More
I had my door trim broken and wasn’t fully informed of my options on the phone. Only once checking online could I see there was another option. I used to like this dealership but I can confidently say I don’ options on the phone. Only once checking online could I see there was another option. I used to like this dealership but I can confidently say I don’t think I’ll ever be back after they tried to pressure me into buying a whole new door panel for $1300 when all I needed was a new actuator.
