Body shop review This review is solely on the body shop at Richardson Imports. I would highly suggest not having your vehicle repairs done at this shop. My brand new ( This review is solely on the body shop at Richardson Imports. I would highly suggest not having your vehicle repairs done at this shop. My brand new (30 day old) vehicle had to be repaired a total of 3 times because Richardson Imports could not accurately fix my vehicle. Upon the initial repair my vehicle was delivered to me with bubbling in the paint and a scratch. Upon the second repair my vehicle was delivered with the same exact issues as well as a scratch on my rim. Upon the final repair the vehicle was delivered to me with a small bubble in the paint and 2 months later the paint began chipping. This entire ordeal took about 3 months back and forth to Richarson Imports and a lot of aggravation. Richardson Imports took away my joy of purchasing a new vehicle, disrespected me, my vehicle and my time. I would never have any of my vehicles repaired here, purchase a vehicle here or recommend this place to anyone. More

I walked in planning on purhcasing a used BMW that day after testing the car. I was patronized for being young as well as not buying one of their $60000 cars, so I believe. The car was dirty on the outside when I arrived. They knew for 2 days I was coming to look at it. My friend with me was called a child (he's older than me) and when I expressed my disappointment and the lack of professionalism to the stores General Manager I received B.S. answers, more attitude, and no apology. Their prices are decent, but overall service was terrible. One sales rep, however, named Dick was very helpful and professional. I would have bought the car from him if Richardson Imports wouldnt profit from so. More
