I felt like there was a BIG communication gap! I had window deflectors put on when i purchased my car and one side flew off not even 60 days after they were put on and the other side was lose. I ordered splatter guards (mud Flaps) it took OVER a month to get them in. When I was called( by Adam) that they were in and to make the installation appt I told them (Adam) the window guard gad fallen off. He said he will put it on the work order to fix. When i dropped my car off for my appt, i told the service girl checking my car in that the part was IN THE CAR and need to be put back on and there were others that were lose. She (Sarah) said she would tell the tech. When Sarah called to pick up my car that it was DONE, I asked AGAIN about the window deflector and they had NO IDEA what I was talking about and she said she would talk to the tech and call me back. When Sarah called me back she told me they do not stock the part and ordered me some. I told her... I already paid for them and had them installed and they fell off. The part was IN my vehicle and just needed to be put BACK on. Again she said she would talk to the tech and call me back. I told her i was almost there and would discuss it when i got there. When i got there they AGAIN said they ordered the part, i said... can you NOT fix/put back on the part that fell off? She asked " oh, do you have the part?" I told her, when I dropped my car off I told you it was in the car. So AGAIN, I will w talk to the tech, and now I wait in the lobby 45min for them to put it on. Before purchasing this car I had discussed with Evan at the Midland office my service concerns and because of such concerns was hesitant with purchasing from Richardson's. The concerns are certainly still there. I apologize for the lengthiness of this. I DO hope it is helpful in some way. More

I brought the car in thinking it was somehow out of alignment. By the time I got there it was driving pretty well and the fellow said it was snow in the treads from a very recent storm.
