It was a total disaster in our opinion. I told them my back up camera was not working. It had a red X through the symbol. I was never told that my appointment was a “diagnostic “ appointmen I told them my back up camera was not working. It had a red X through the symbol. I was never told that my appointment was a “diagnostic “ appointment until after I waited for 2 hours and was told my camera isn’t working and they had to order the part! Really?! It took 2 hours to tell me something I knew when I made the appointment? Then I told them for the third time that water collects in my doors. I am in the garage, open a door and water pours out the bottom. I showed them pictures and video of it happening. They lied last time and said they fixed it. This time they told me “it’s normal “. I don’t believe that. This the only car I have ever had do it. My husband has researched it thoroughly. We will not ever pay to have it fixed if the doors rot out. You will need to pay to repair it even after warranty. We are extremely disappointed in the service and lies we have been told. And we just bought a new Silverado 2 weeks ago from you too so I guess we’ll see how that goes. Very disappointed and frustrated. Now I’ll need to spend another day driving the 45 miles each way to get there for service when the backup camera comes in. Your communication has been very lacking. We would not recommend you to our friends at this point. More
