I had purchased a service package from the previous dealership owner for three oil changes. While this dealer did honor a free oil change on this visit they informed me that the previous owners did no dealership owner for three oil changes. While this dealer did honor a free oil change on this visit they informed me that the previous owners did not leave any of the information to honor the rest of the service contract. Therefore, I would have to pay for future oil changes. Well, I don’t necessarily blame this dealership. It seems like that is something that would’ve been dealt with in a sale, and I would hope that Buick would supervise those things more closely. More
