I am a person who does not change my cars frequently. So, looking for a new car was a very BIG DEAL for me. When I have purchased cars in the past, I preferred to buy used cars over new cars. But I wanted to test drive a few different types of cars to help me make my final decision. Rich was extremely informative of each car I test drove. I loved all of them! I felt no pressure to make a quick decision on the purchase of a car. Rich was very patient with me and helped me narrow down the car I finally decided to buy. I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 with approximately 37,800 miles. The car was in great condition, inside and out. If you are considering to buy a used car, superior condition, low miles, and great price, I would highly recommend this dealership. The experience I had at Richards' was nothing less than excellent. This dealer went out of their way to find my the right car. They found me a car out of state that matched exactly what I was looking for. Being from western Mass I had found a car on the internet which lead me to Mike. He was very easy to work with and eager to help me find the perfect car for my family needs. I bought a Jaguar from Richards through the internet. The car was a great price and arrived in the stated condition from their ad. The photos of the car were clear and high quality and there were almost no surprises. When I queried something I got a straight answer. On receiving the car after its 1500 mile shipping a couple of small items were missing but Ron was couteous and apologised and these will be rectified shortly. I would recommend this dealer and wishede I lived closer so I could visit in person. More
