Of all my dealings, their follow up, research, customer service and actually executing on their promises has been the best I've dealt with. Nick was extremely prompt at returning calls as well as keeping me up to date with the progress of getting my car, even when there was no update to give from the previous time. They also promised me one rear tire due to it having excessive wear on it. However, while waiting for the first one, they felt there was also excessive wear on another tire and got that for me without even mentioning it to me. I am definitely a customer for life as the kind of time and effort that Nick and his team spent on me is rare in today's business world. Lastly, the car was for my Dad and they made me feel proud for doing that. That was a bonus touch on a fabulous experience. More

I consider myself a very savvy buyer. I do my homework and online research before buying anything. I purchased a 2008 BMW 328xi and traded in a 2005 325i. I typically dread the time when I want to purchase another vehicle. It's never been a good experiance. However this was by far the best car purchase I've ever made. Not because I loved the car so much and got the exact one I wanted. But more so that it was pretty much hassel free. I had a number going into the dealership that I would take on my trade in and they met that dollar amount. With the sticker prices on the vehicles already at the lowest they will go, it doesn't turn into a pissing contest (sorry for a lack of better terms). Joe was amazing, he delivered on every detail. Ron was phenominal. He actually beat my USAA finance % rate and suggested I call and bargin with them. Sure enough I call USAA and they gave me the same rate. Who does that? These guys. I most certainly will be going there for my next car. I buy few years old used every three years or so. Best car buying experiance. I never met or heard of this place as Im from NH.
