After searching online for the exact car I wanted, a 2010 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer, I found two dealerships with the car on the lot. I had spoken with the sales rep, Nick Plasteras, who greeted me when I walked in their very impressive showroom. Nick and I went for a test drive and the car was exactlyf what I wanted. He, however, did not try to force the sale, but was very receptive to my thinking it over for a day or two while he also researched the best trade in deal he could make for my car. After two days, Nick was able to offer more for my trade and we closed the deal. The Finance Manager at Richards was able to find a loan for me at exactly the rate I asked for...quite an extraordinary rate for a three year old car. There is no game playing at Richards. They have an extraordinary selection of luxury cars, priced well, and deliver their product clean, detailed and on time. Nick was a class-act. He does not use a hard sell approach, but rather a very helpful one. He returns calls, gets information the buyer needs and respects the integrity of the deal. I hope he is still there the next time I need to replace a car! More

Most importantly, RM followed up on repairing a couple of minor issues on the car that I became aware of following or at the time of delivery which includeded ordering parts from MB and repairing the car. I went to Richards' Motorcars because they had a wide variety of luxury cars for me to test drive. I wasn't committed to buying from them when I arrived at the showroom. I had done my research and the prices for the used cars I was targetting was considerably less than other dealers/locations. After test driving the Mercedes ML350 I was convinced this was the car for me. We worked with the team at Richards' and were able to come up with a deal. I'm very happy and enjoy driving my new vehicle a great deal. The only item they did not get a 5 on from my perspective was price and this was related to my trade-in price. I obviously wanted more for my trade and was under the impression they would not be able to sell my Toyota truck without going through another dealer. When it was put on their web site and sold within a week at a much higher price I was a little annoyed. I don't necessarily blame them for negotiating better than I did though. I'll just use this knowledge next time I negotiate with them. I'm convinced I'll be back to purchase other vehicles from Richards' Motorcars in the future and I have already referred friends and family to them for their future purchases. More

I recently purchased a 2007 BMW 650i Coupe from Richards Motorcars. I checked out their website and found the vehicle I was interested in. I was hesitant at first as I never had a good experience with used car dealerships, but Nick was a "no pressure" sales person. I went to the dealership a few days later and checked out the BMW in person and was greeted by Nick who told me to take my time and check out the car and to take it for a test drive. I never felt pressured at anytime to "buy" the vehicle. I left the dealership to think it over and a few days later I contacted Nick and traded in my Corvette for the BMW, the dealership gave me exactly what I wanted for a trade in value. I could not have been more pleased, they got me a great rate from the bank with the terms I was looking for, the paperwork was well prepared by "Frank" who was also a pleasure to deal with. I have not been disappointed, the vehicle was everything they said it was and a few minor problems were taken care of right away. I was even met by Richard Sr. the owner who was very personable. I was never treated so well by any dealership and have told my friends about Richards Motorcars. I must first state that I don’t enjoy purchasing vehicles. I have walked out of 3 places during a sale and never had a great experience in my lifetime (more than a dozen cars). With that being said, dealing with Richards has been the best and most enjoyable experience in buying a car by a landslide. It started right from the beginning with their inventory. They have a very good selection of quality automobiles. I am located around 1 ½ hours away from them, so a detailed observation of the automobile before I travel is essential. Franks evaluation of the Audi and BMW over the phone with me was spot on. When I arrived to review the vehicles, he had covered every detail very well and there were no surprises. Joe then handled the finances and was very pleasant to deal with. Shortly after I had a chance to talk to Richard and discuss his business model. I have complete confidence in this business and them standing by the cars they sell. I owe it to Richards in restoring the pleasure of buying a vehicle again for me. I was looking to purchase a used car for a while, but had trouble finding the car I wanted at a reasonable price. Nick is such a nice guy and was the best to work with! He gave me the keys and I checked out the car. There were a few minor imperfections (it's a used car I know) but nick gave me his word everything I pointed out would be fixed! I ended up purchasing the car (with zero pressure) and when I picked it up it looked brand new!!! Everyone here is very friendly and they are nice, honest people who made buying a car very easy! In fact, we were so impressed with them that when I went to pick up my car, my husband bought a car there too! They were equally amazing to him! We love our new cars!!! Thank you!!! More

I came to Richard's based on finding the exact color combination I was looking for online. I had been at a few other dealers before arriving at Richard's and I will say I was a little skeptical. I had dealt with "name brand" used dealers and didn't recognize Richard's as a well known and reputable dealer. Truth is, they weren't well known to me, but they were certainly reputable. My first interaction was With Nick. I found him to be approachable, informative and easy to work with. The car I was looking at was in use by the GM (Frank) when I came in to see it. Despite being in use, they made the car available for a quick viewing. I was pleased with the car from a configuration and pricing standpoint and wanted to see it detailed. They had it ready the next day and we started working on a deal. While I gave them a 4 on pricing, my deal was fair and reasonable, I'm not going to give anyone a 5 in this category. I was going to trade two vehicles and walk away with nothing out of pocket. In the end, I changed my mind and traded only one vehicle and paid the difference. I was treated fairly and professionally by all. I enjoyed working with Frank, Joe and Nick and I plan to use them for my service in the future. I would recommend them again for any of my friends or family and when I make my next purchase, I will be certain to give them a visit. Their low pressure sales approach let's their impressive inventory speak for itself and do the selling. Richards Motor Cars of Malden made my first MB purchase hassle free and enjoyable. I feel this company gave me an excellent deal and were prepared to stand behind the company's statements. Joe Maribito took his time to attend to me, he showed me a number of MB cars, from which I decided to purchase a MB C300. He went over all of the important features of the car, very knowledgeable sales consultant. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and thanks to Joe Maribito & Richards Motor Cars for that. After the purchase of my MB C300, I received further communication in the post thanking me for patronizing the company and letting me know they are available to answer any questions that I may have. I have since the purchase of my MB car contacted Joe and he has been very receptive and accommodating to answer my questions.
