This place is a hidden gem. Boston North is literally full of car dealerships, so much so that I didn't know something like this existed. This place literally has the biggest selection of trucks of anywhere I visited. What really did it for me was they literally sell for the price on their website. There is no xx. Best selection. Best price. I wish I could make a commercial for this place. There is 1 or 2 sales guys (bob) and then Joe who I think is the GM. Do you self the favor and go make it simple with these guys, I wish I went sooner. I will post a pic of my Denali asap! More
If you need a truck this is where to go. I was looking for an F150 lariat. they had a few new body's available. I called to ask if I could come and see the Lifted red f-150 with 16k and stopped in that day. The truck was like new and needed nothing other than routine service. I don't think I could have found a better truck for less money. I think they purposely try to price their trucks cheaper than any dealer around them. So happy I found this place. More
Mercedes search finally over. I have literally waited a year to find the right AMG. Google brought me to Richards Motorcars in Mass all the way from New York. I did most of the process over the phone and never even went to the dealership. I had the car shipped to me directly and it arrived even better than described. These guys do not make it feel like a typical car experience. I couldn't be happier with the no non sense vibe I got. Everything was to the point, as explained and pretty much perfect. Reached out to see if a truck was still available and was gladly told that it was. We had exchanged texts for 2 to 3 days and even started to set up a date to come and buy the truck. I was told he had to see if he could come in the day I was able to drive and look at the truck, but surprisingly didn't hear anything. After multiple phone calls and text he responded with " I sold it" the day before we were going to drive up. I voiced my opinion on how I thought it was just rude that he would have left me on open and was waiting for his response. Best part part was after I had told him how I just thought it was inconsiderate and rude he responded with, " RELAX". More

My experience at Richards auto was very different to say the least. I read many reviews about the test drive policy, which got me wary to begin with, but I continued to schedule the viewing of a car I was v the least. I read many reviews about the test drive policy, which got me wary to begin with, but I continued to schedule the viewing of a car I was very interested in. I was told I could not finance because I wasn’t from the state. That was okay but it was odd that on their website says “local and national financing”, which later to find out “they don’t update their website”. Very misleading. Apparently they only update their site with the new cars and photos (makes sense tight).The next thing was when deciding whether or not to purchase an almost $50,000 car I was not able to not only test to drive it, but also even start the car up unless a purchase agreement was made up. To me it sounds like a waste of time and raised a red flag right away. Our salesperson Jeremy said in order to test drive it that agreement had to be wrote up, signed, and the price must be agreed upon. Which there was no agreement on price because there was no haggle room, the price was set. Would have been easier if they just said that upfront. When asking Jeremy multiple questions about the vehicle, features, and what if I agree on the price but don’t like the drive, it was almost as if it was all BS answers. His response “we can still leave as friends”, “no point of going back and forth on the price” and “he has been very patient with us” when we were only there about an hour, when we drove 2 hours to check out the car. Fact of the matter is until I sit and drive behind a 50k vehicle that I was highly interested in, I am not signing anything. Isn’t the test drive suppose to be the selling point? For a car that was 1k below market price, I would have much rather either shopped online and saved a few thousand for what this “dealer” is essentially doing or paid the extra few thousand and went with a dealer that treated me better and actually let me drive the car before I agreed to sign anything. Jeremy’s lack of interest, lay back personality, little knowledge of the car and the dealer’s policy’s, and smart remarks, did not sit well with me. The “take it as it is” mentality raised a lot of red flags and I’m sure lost a lot of serious buyers in the process. I have never heard of such a policy about the test drive. Bottom line: If saving 1 or 2 thousand dollars is worth the sketchy, unsettling, and multiple red flags of a business Richards is trying to promote, then go for it. Unfortunately I was not able to Risk losing a very large amount of money due to not being able to start up the car when the salesman sounded like he was BSing me from the start. Should have listened to the many negative reviews about this “dealer” and make sure to do your research! More
