Fix the problems with the cars you sell I began to have a problem with the radio in the subarus Outback I purchased firing Richard Lucas in November 2016. In March I purchased a SiriusXM su I began to have a problem with the radio in the subarus Outback I purchased firing Richard Lucas in November 2016. In March I purchased a SiriusXM subscription. I noticed that each time I shut down the car, the radio reverted to no subscription. Worse the navigation which depends on SiriusXM did not work either. After a month on the phone with Sirius, they said the problem was with the Subaru radio. I had to make three trips to richard Lucas Subaru and spent 3 hours per visit to try and fix the problem. The maintenance supervisor Jason, made jokes about the slip shod work they did. More

My appointments are kept on time and my wait time is as was quoted. Joe Napolitano worked on my car today for an oil change, replacement of filters and tire rotation. I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend this dealership both for the ease of purchasing my vehicle [with the help of Mike Provilon] and the quality of work performed by their service department. Carlos, the service advisor, was very thorough in explaining what my car needed and the costs involved. All in all, I'm very glad that I chose Richard Lucas Subaru when I went looking for a new car. Great Subaru Service Experience with Carlos Capdevila The night my tire got a flat on Route 78 W was a nightmare! Roadside assistance provided by the Subaru Gold Plus Service Agreement didn't solve my pro The night my tire got a flat on Route 78 W was a nightmare! Roadside assistance provided by the Subaru Gold Plus Service Agreement didn't solve my problem and it was my husband who was finally able to get me back on the road with my spare past after a 4 hours. They didn't even follow-up properly after I filed a formal compliant with Subaru Customer Service. Needless to say I was not happy when I called the Subaru dealership to make the service appointment for my new tire (after all, they're the ones who sold me the added security.) However from the moment I called the Subaru Service desk, Service Advisor, Carlos Capdevila became my advocate in holding the company accountable for my bad experience and turning it around. He escalated the approval required from the Roadside Assistance Program to his District Manager when he was having trouble getting through to them. He made recommendations for next steps and assumed risk on his side by taking the initiative to order my tire before the approval came through. He communicated appropriately the whole time and set proper expectations with me. He negotiated the cost of my deductible down to a 20% payment based on my horrendous roadside experience. And when the tire was ready he called me in and I was out the door again in 20 minutes with a car that was as good as new! Carlos turned my Subaru experience around for the better! And I am very thankful to him for his professionalism, diligence, and most importantly, getting results! More

I initially went to Richard Lucas Subaru to have a used car checked by the service department. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by Carlos and the service staff. In addition, the service staff was very thorough and walked me through their findings. As a result, I decided to start bringing my 2010 Subaru Outback for service. My vehicle has been in 3 times and each time I've been impressed with Carlos' courtesy and professionalism and the courteousness and throrughness of the service staff. Thanks guys! More
