He is always patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. So, he was our first call even though my wife and I were interested in purchasing a new Outback. As always, he was knowledgeable about the different models, packages, features, and all of the technology in the car. He worked with us every step of the way and we never felt hurried or pressured. He introduced us to Ryan Eavey at the Subaru dealership who was equally informative, patient, and accommodating. It was great to see them both work together to provide the best service they could in a pressure-free environment.
