I work three jobs, and don't have a lot of time to waste getting my vehicle serviced. Sara was able to take care of all of the paperwork and had everything ready for me so that when I got there, I cou waste getting my vehicle serviced. Service dept doesn't do specified work. Lied about problem, inflated repair cost. Never completed actual work requested for service. Went in for warrenty work and they couldn't find any problems. I still had same problem two days later , went to different dealer and problem was fixed. All THEY SEEM TO WANT TO DO ,IS SELL YOU SERVICES problems. I still had same problem two days later , went to different dealer and problem was fixed.
