I’m willing to give Harry and the dealership the benefit of the doubt. Harry was professional and explained their side. He agreed with my frustrations and worked towards a resolution. Informed him how I felt swindled (not by him) but due to the rising estimates without any form of clarification and the lack of communication. Harry noticed some errors in the estimate which was reassuring. People are already hesitant with dealerships and my experience further proved my intuition. With that said Harry’s professionalism will make me comfortable enough to give them a second chance and at the end of the day I understand some service techs could be new and still learning as we all have to start somewhere. Will gladly given them more stars if my future experience goes better but as of now I will be keeping the stars as is until proven otherwise. To reiterate, this phone call was my first experience with Harry and he did not assist when I went to the dealership. Will ask for him on the follow up. More
