Avoid the service department. .. I don't know anything about the car buying side of this business but the service department is terrible... EVERY TIME I go there, there is a proble .. EVERY TIME I go there, there is a problem, no exaggeration EVERY TIME - low fluid levels, low tire pressures, misassigned valve sensors after changing tires, missing valve caps, filthy - mudcovered floor mats, oil steery wheel, squealing brakes, ... they say they do a multipoint inspection yet miss everything ... it makes me wonder if they are doing the actual service... is that cabin filter really getting changed? is that transmission fluid really getting changed? to top it off, no loaner car program, and they have this bad habit of not calling when the service is done and then closing for the day before I can get my vehicle.... AVOID this place, there are plenty of others in this part of NJ.... Also, I had earned rewards for the $1,000 I spent on service, but was unable to use because I had a discount from their website... seems petty.. More
