Syed was our salesman and he went above and beyond to explain to us every detail along with the manager. I never enjoy car shopping, I find it very stressful. However, this experience was stress free! My finance and I will be back when our next lease is up! One critique is that they did not have many colors in the Cruze that I wanted on the lot. I finance $16K and my payments were $313 monthly. Only $150 was going to principal and the rest was for interest. I decided to sell the car back to them a year later and they offered me only $17K for the car. I ended up selling the car to multi subaru for $18,500 . I came back a year later to get a price on a lease and they gave me ridiculous numbers and were very rude. I do not recommend them at all. I forgot to add that they took almost 2 months to get get me my plates . More
