The sales associate Syed was very professional. He didn't try to upsale anything. He worked with us to get the deal exactly we wanted not what they want, a very different experience than other dealer I've visited. Also to add the the new 2016 Traverse is a great vehicle. Highly recommended dealer. More

He walked me through the steps of the car buying purchase, which did make me feel comfortable. However, he did seem uncertain on some aspects of the process of buying the car and the car was not ready for pick-up when I arrived. The registration/inspection sticker had not been placed in the car window, the tire pressure in the rear tire was low, and the interior needed better cleaning before pick-up. The sales representative did contact me about forgetting to place the registration sticker not and made himself available to address the issue both through phone calls and text messaging. Unfortunately, I was at work and needed to have a family member take my car back to the dealership to have the sticker placed to avoid any issues on the road. When I went back to the dealership to raise my concerns regarding the car warranty I had originally selected, I did have to wait a half-hour to meet with the finance group, however they were courteous. In addition, I spoke with John Lucas, and he eased my concerns and made himself available on the day that I would be bringing the car back to have touch up work done to the body of the car. More

The staff helped me get the best possible deal for my brand new car, explaining the difference in price between a lease and financing. When my insurance company took forever to get back to me, Syed was patient. We literally closed the place down but we never felt rushed or forced out. Disappointed with the service at this dealership We just purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. Being a demo car and a leftover 2015, we did get a great deal on the vehicle, so that was a plus. Our sales We just purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. Being a demo car and a leftover 2015, we did get a great deal on the vehicle, so that was a plus. Our sales person was friendly and not at all pushy or aggressive like most salespeople tend to be. Syed was a pleasure to work with. He did seem a bit unfamiliar with the vehicle and lacked confidence when we asked him questions, but maybe he was just knew. He did get all our questions answered though quickly. That being said, when we arrived to pick up our vehicle the next day, it was pouring rain so we didn't stop to really check anything out. On our way home, I looked in the backseat and saw crumbs and dirt all over the backseat. No one even vacuumed the car!! If this is what you call "detailing" you should be ashamed. In addition, we arrived home and got a message on the dashboard stating the oil life was low. Really? We just bought a $70,000 car from you guys and you didn't have the decency to give us a clean car with a fresh oil change??? They left all the protective stickers on inside so I had to clean all the sticky residue off myself and vacuum the entire interior of the car because they failed to do so. Despicable and embarassing. They didn't have an extra key for us either. When have you ever bought a car and they didn't have two sets of keys for you ready to go? Ugh. I would never buy a car from them again. I wouldn't have even bought this one had they had others similar at other dealerships. So yes we got a good deal but I think we could have got a great deal anywhere else too. Look elsewhere for a new Chevy. UPDATE: Since submitting our original review, the sales department reached out to us to apologize and offered to correct the aforementioned issues. My husband went there today to pick up his spare key which they had called to say they found. So he went there with the intention of picking it up and leaving quickly. Instead, when he arrived they told him they had to program it and it would take 20-45 mins. Being a business owner, he had places to be and appointments with potential customers but he figured he would wait so he wouldn't have to make a second trip. Long story short, after numerous assurances it would be ready soon, he walked out 2 HOURS later!!!! Had he known He could have rescheduled his appointments or arranged for me to pick him. He missed a meeting with a customer and numerous other obligations which cost us money because the service department lied and clearly has no clue what they're doing. The worst. If we never have to go back there again it will be too soon!!! Buyer beware. If you're in NJ go to Elkins Chevy or All American Chevy, where we should have gone in the first place. Bought cars from them in the past and they were amazing!! Great service, lots of inventory and awesome deals! More
