The sales associate Syed was very professional. He didn't try to upsale anything. He worked with us to get the deal exactly we wanted not what they want, a very different experience than other dealer I've visited. Also to add the the new 2016 Traverse is a great vehicle. Friendly Staff, But Car Not Ready at Pick-Up Time The sales representative that I had was friendly and caring. He walked me through the steps of the car buying purchase, which did make me feel comfort The sales representative that I had was friendly and caring. He walked me through the steps of the car buying purchase, which did make me feel comfortable. However, he did seem uncertain on some aspects of the process of buying the car and the car was not ready for pick-up when I arrived. The registration/inspection sticker had not been placed in the car window, the tire pressure in the rear tire was low, and the interior needed better cleaning before pick-up. The sales representative did contact me about forgetting to place the registration sticker not and made himself available to address the issue both through phone calls and text messaging. Unfortunately, I was at work and needed to have a family member take my car back to the dealership to have the sticker placed to avoid any issues on the road. When I went back to the dealership to raise my concerns regarding the car warranty I had originally selected, I did have to wait a half-hour to meet with the finance group, however they were courteous. In addition, I spoke with John Lucas, and he eased my concerns and made himself available on the day that I would be bringing the car back to have touch up work done to the body of the car. More
