I must say, I was surprised to receive a call on Monday morning from Larry at Richard Karr Collision Center. He was very apologetic and told me there was a misunderstanding about my scheduled appointment and the young lady at their office had assumed I was bringing in a hail damaged vehicle which they would be unable to get to because they were backed up with hail damage claims. Again, he apologized and told me that they would honor my original schedule date if I wanted to go ahead and bring in my vehicle and I agreed. So, I must say that Richard Karr stood by their original schedule and did the honorable thing. I am in the service business as well (construction) and I know the only thing that we offer as a company is our service and if we fail on that, then we fail our customers. All we can do is try to excel above our competition or we are just like everyone else or worse and shouldn't expect repeat business. Because Richard Karr fulfilled their original commitment, I completely retract my original review and would give them 4.5 out of 5 stars only because of the unnecessary drama.
