I took my carfor service since my usual dealer closed & I went here. They were great especially Jack he was honest & very thorough in explaining the work that had to be done. Although the actual repair work done by the service department was o.k., my rating is low because of the dishonesty that came with it. Did not receive a written estimate until most of the repair was co department was o.k., my rating is low because of the dishonesty that came with it. Did not receive a written estimate until most of the repair was completed, even after asking for 2 days. Parts were replaced that were not a concern when taking vehicle in and therefore were not even discussed with service advisor. These parts were replaced without me being contacted for authorization. Repair took a week longer than I was told. When picking up vehicle, invoice indicated 3 revised estimates, stating they were approved by me. They were not! Discussed these issues with Service Manager which did absolutely no good. If your car needs service, I would advise you to tkae it anywhere else but here. More
