Account Executive Jim Kubicza was very patient throughout the entire process regarding my purchase of a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LT. Both Jim and Stan worked with me regarding purchase price, and subsequent increase in the trade-in value of my, then, 2007 Malibu. Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase that vehicle. It didn't fit into my garage. I have since purchased a different vehicle and would not settle for anything less than the superior service that I received from Jim.
