I just picked up my 2012 Chevrolet 2500 HD Truck. I pre-ordered the truck and with the help of Jim, I selected a Premium work truck for my business. My experience at Richard Chevrolet was awesome! Jim made me feel comfortable and confident in the car that I was buying (a Chevy Cruze LTZ). From beginning to end Jim was great. He was understanding of my situation and was helpful with all my questions and was consistently checking to see if there was anything else he could do to help me through of my situation and was helpful with all my questions and was consistently checking to see if there was anything else he could do to help me through the process or make me happier. I only have one complaint and it has nothing to do with Jim. The dealership received the check for my vehicle the day after i purchased it but did not call me to complete the registration until almost 6 days later and i think that that should be something that whomever receives the checks stays more on top of so the customer isnt left waiting to receive a call hoping to get the purchase and registration so long. Otherwise the experience was fantastic overall and i look forward to doing business with Jim and Richard Chevrolet again in the future. More
