Unlike most dealers who just tell you to come in to the lot and try to get you off the phone under a minute, he spent 12 minutes, answering my questions and crunched some prelim numbers to gauge how likely it was for us to work out a deal under my tough circumstances. He did this to try to save me a trip from NYC and he gave me a straight answer in the end. I have to give praise to dealers who actually treat you like a person and not just like something to be exploited. More
