What you see is definately what you can get there. Their vehicles are spotless, flawless, truly near as perfect as can be for a used vehicle. 2. There are no gimicks or hidden fee's. Pricing is accurate and extremely reasonable. I don't believe that other used car dealers can compete with Richard Catena. 3. William Walsh , sales manager, is polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I had to say and tailored my deal to fit my needs. 4. I was able to leave with my purchase within a few short hours from the time I arrived. Unlike other used car stores, they gave me copies of all of the deal paperwork. 5. I want to add that the entire complex is spotless. The employees are all courteous and offer help where needed. They don't seem to negotiate prices much, but the deal they ultimately offered was very fair, both for my trade-in and for the car I bought. (And the other upside is that you don't have to go through the silly negotiation dance). The staff was very attentive and efficient. Huge inventory (mostly indoors) of luxury and sports cars/SUVs. I plan to return there to buy a car for my wife in the near future. More
