Great car purchasing expperince. I contacted the dealership about my interest in the vehicle via e-mail and be notified of price drop. I got a response from Amado. From then on Amado I contacted the dealership about my interest in the vehicle via e-mail and be notified of price drop. I got a response from Amado. From then on Amado and I communicated via e-mail and phone calls. Amado notified me of price drop via e-mail. My wife and I visited the dealership site to take a look at the vehicle one Saturday. However, we were not able to test drive the vehicle that day. In the mean time Amado and I were communicating via e-mail, Amado notified me of price drop. about two weeks later. I visited the site again to test drive the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, it was in good condition, looked clean outside and inside. I was concerned about few scratched at the top of the wind shield and the front right part of the roof, but those are things that could be repaired later. I also inquired about financing that day with Anthony being very helpful in providing information on estimates of down payments, financing rate and monthly payment. After I left, I decided to call back early the following Monday to put down a deposit. On my next visit, the Amado processed the insurance and Anthony processed the financing, and I drove away with the vehicle. Amado was very professional in responding and keeping me updated about the vehicle and providing me with information about financing. There was no pressure from Amado nor Anthony to purchase the vehicle and they were courteous and helpful. That made it a great purchasing experience at a great dealership. More
