Had 11 AM appointment with sales man that never showed up so Unfortunately having to drive an hour and a half to this dealership and be disappointed. Had 11 AM appointment with sales man that never showed up so next salesman help me by showing me the vehicle that I went there to see only to be disappointed and very dissatisfied with the vehicle shown and as it did not Match the pictures on the website parts missing and or switched asked the salesman about issues he had no answer. Was told by salesman he will speak to the manager and someone would get back to me. At this time still have not heard from anyone . 👎👎👎 NOT GOOD Business More

Absolutely Terrible I drove from Mahwah, NJ to view a Benz GLA. I confirmed an appointment for 7:00pm. Upon arrival I was told by Chris Gomez that it was too late to te I drove from Mahwah, NJ to view a Benz GLA. I confirmed an appointment for 7:00pm. Upon arrival I was told by Chris Gomez that it was too late to test drive. This was despite booking an appointment. Chris' attitude was downright unfriendly. He was extremely snarky. Chris provided the key to the GLA and walked back to his desk where he comfortably sat for the remainder of my time at the location. There was no further communication during my visit. After independently viewing the car I simply placed the key in the key bin and walked away. This experience was definitely a unique one. I can say that much. I was never treated in this way from a dealer. It's such a pity since I am looking for 1 of the many GLA's on the premise. My trip, however, was not entirely a waste. A salesperson from VML Motors was still in the office. At this point it was well past their closing time. He greeted me, took my number, and showed me all the cars on his lot. I understand that Sales is tough. However, this is not how you treat people. As a salesperson, it is imperative that you make yourself visible to customers. Not invisible. Additionally, based on the close proximity of VML Motors, it doesn't seem too difficult to seek advice and tips from genuine salespersons that are great at what they do. More
