Jake was awesome! From the moment I arrived I never felt pressured to buy a car or that I had to trade in my current vehicle to get a great deal like other dealers try to do. He showed me the Tundra that I was interested in and I took it for a test drive and noticed that the four wheel drive wasn’t working. He immediately told me that that was unacceptable and that he would have it fixed along with the rear window not working. I was introduced to his Lead mechanic which he assured me that he’d fix the problem. It turned out that the heat shield was bent and was stopping the four wheel drive from engaging. They went above and beyond and replaced both of them instead of just replacing the one that was bent. By the next day at noon everything that I was concerned about was repaired that showed me that they really value pleasing their customers and making sure your concerns are addressed and fixed quickly. Jake and Misty both also told me that if I have any problems with the truck in the near future to bring it in and they’ll fix it for free because they value all their customers and want them pleased with their purchase and how they were treated! After we made everything final Jake had me meet him at the nearest gas station and topped of my tank for the drive home which really impressed me! This dealership is an awesome place to buy a vehicle and I would refer them to anyone to purchase a vehicle. You can trust this dealership and everyone that works there is great! More

Above and beyond would be an understatement I have never been as pleased with a car dealership as I was and still am with richs cars and credit! My salesman was Dean and he was amazing there was I have never been as pleased with a car dealership as I was and still am with richs cars and credit! My salesman was Dean and he was amazing there was no high pressure selling, he was there to answer questions that I had, he explained features that I didn't understand in the vehicle and made the experience very easy! I really felt during this whole experience with Dean he had one goal in mind and that was that I was happy and was getting into a car I wanted, that fit me and that I was genuinely happy with which is a nice change from your usual salesman! Dean even called me to make sure the vehicle was working for me and that I was happy a few weeks after the purchase! Misty the finance manager was amazing as well! She was very transparent about costs, and fees (let's face it most dealerships blow past that part as fast as they can LOL or at least that's been my experience but not here) she took the time to go over everything with me and made sure that I understood, Misty worked hard to get me into a very nice car, with an affordable payment. I felt through this experience with her as well that she wanted to make sure I was happy and in a vehicle that I didn't like but that I loved. Misty and Dean truly go above and beyond for their customers! I have leased 2 vehicles and been a customer for 2 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a vehicle and not just because of the great deals but simply because of the service and care as well as the commitment to my happiness that both Dean and Misty showed and when I go into the office to make payments I am always warmly greeted by everyone in the building and I truly feel as though I am a valued customer here as opposed to just another customer! More
