I have been dealing with Rich Ford Service Department since 1992. Over the years service has been good. I have delt with one Service Advisor and that is Crystal Switzer. I have four Ford vehicles and Cyrstal knows each and everyone of these autos. It is a pleasure to know that when I bring my cars in I will receive the utmost attention and complete followup on all and any types of service. What a pleasure it is to have a person like Crystal make the right calls when it comes to service care for my cars. Sometime I have to bring in all four autos in for service the same days and it is amazing that Crystal can get them all out without any repercussion.
