Got my vehicle serviced My car had a problem with the touch screen and it wouldn't stay connected to my phone. It took several attempts to figure out what the problem was. Brake service on my F150 Since I moved to Abq 15 years ago, I have purchased my Ford products at Rich Ford and encouraged my family members and friends to do the same. My vehicles have always been serviced there as well and had nothing but great customer service until I had new brakes installed on my F150. It started making a horrible noise every time I backed up and braked. It sounded like an old locomotive when it came to a stop. No kidding, the noise was that loud. After returning to the dealership for this same issue on three different occasions, I was informed the noise would get better, which it never did. It got worse. As a proud Ford owner, I was very disappointed that nothing could be done about the noise. It wasn't until I took my F150 for an oil change that Rocky in Customer Service called me after my visit to inquire how their service was. The service was great, however, since he seemed to be genuinely concerned, I mentioned my disappointment with the brake job on my F150. Long story short, he asked that I take my F150 in. He would personally test drive it and have his service department check it again which they did. Rocky later called me to advise me they had contacted Ford Motor Co and they were told the noise situation was not a reason for replacement. When I went to pick up my F150, I was extremely frustrated. I couldn't believe Ford wouldn't stand behind their product so I went in to see Della, the General Manager, and expressed my dissatisfaction. She personally took my F150 for a test drive and said the brake replacement would definitely happen. Rocky drove his own personal vehicle to pick up my F150 at my home and brought another employee to drive my F150 back to the dealership, had the brakes replaced, and returned my F150 to my home. Words cannot express my gratitude for what Della and Rocky did for me. That's what I call "going over and beyond" to satisfy the customer. I will continue to purchase my new vehicles and get them serviced at Rich Ford because they truly do care about their customers. Thank you, Della, Rocky, and everyone else who made my great "customer satisfaction" experience happen! More
