After working with Teresa and Rice GMC with many vehicles over potentially a decade - beyond disappointed in this most recent experience and their apathy. To schedule for the transmission person (at the advice of the service department since apparently they only have one) on March 29th to wait and come in on April 22nd then after not hearing anything in 7 hours to call and find out that they will out they will not get to it till potentially tomorrow or "another day" is horrible customer support. If they were back-logged that should have been referenced prior to me bringing my vehicle or during drop-off, not 7 hours later after drop-off after waiting 4 whole weeks to even get my vehicle in. The lack of care by Josh and the service department will make me to regretfully not bring any future services needs or my vehicles to this service department as it's apparent they did not care one bit about my time as a customer. Disheartening when a dealership you have trusted and recommended for years to have zero consideration and completely drops the ball on customer support. More

We arrived there and to find the car had several scratches that was deep into the paint. We were told that this car had been well taken care of. That was far from the truth. The inside still had dirt and crumbs in the cup holders. The dealer also told us a false intrest rate. When we arrived he stated the best he could do was 4.09% due to us not being local. The dealer did call back and say he would fix all the issues on the car if we purchased. Needless to say we wasted a saturday. More

When I got home there was US Mail from Rice with a $10 discount for oil and filter and this morning I got the same in an e-mail to me. I could have saved $10. More
Bought an Enclave last fall from Rice and we couldn't have had a better car buying experiance. The salesman was very pleasant, the staff was helpful. The whole process was very easy and accomidating. The Delco "Theftlock" radio on my wife's 2001 GMC Jimmy was locked and "inop" due to an improper code being input too many times. The dealership looked at the radio free of charge and rendered a prognosis was locked and "inop" due to an improper code being input too many times. The dealership looked at the radio free of charge and rendered a prognosis that it could NOT be fixed. They offered to replace it for $500.00. I then went to Beaty Chevrolet. They also examined the radio and could not fix it. There was no charge. But they advised me to drive the vehicle for at least 40 miles and bring it back to be reset. Their advice was right-on, but I reset it myself following instructions I had "Googled" on the internet. The GM idea may be O.K.???, but the trouble an owner must endure to get it fixed (or not) is asinine at best! More
